We have a myriad different projects set up within the Customer Service Centre for running very diverse projects such as straightforward Customer Services, Product & Literature Ordering, Games Hotline, Technical Help Line, Product Returns, Magazine & Partworks Subscriptions including 'Back Issues' all of which support the rest of the fulfilment functions throughout the business.

Our Customer Services cuts across a very wide range of Clients such as Universities for Prospectus requests, Tourism companies for Brochures, Health companies for medical information, Publishers for Subscriptions and Retailers for Product orders - to name a few.

Calls range from 1 to 1000's per day depending on the project, with calls being Inbound and Outbound - taking orders, up-selling, answering queries, giving technical help or simply changing someone's address.

This is a team of highly trained specialists whose sole purpose is to be the professional, sensitive and caring voice of you, their client.
