We take their order via the telephone, email, web, fax or through the post. We process their payment - if the order is billable - either by Credit Card online through ePDQ or manually if necessary, or cheques & postal orders, utilising your own bank or merchant account or CoDEStorm's bank or merchant facility.
We will bank cheques for you, print your invoices and despatch notes and Pick & Pack each order individually in Real Time, despatching them nationwide and Worldwide, again utilising your own Courier and Postage accounts or taking advantage of CoDEStorm's buying power.
Your Stock is held in Secure Storage and your Stock Control is run in Real Time through our online Stock Control Management System, allowing you to monitor your sales and business information in real time, anytime.
We even handle your Returns for you when the order isn't quite what your customer expected.
Each project is tailor made to suit your product range and has the added advantage of the economies of labour and buying power on items such as Boxes, Jiffy Bags, Postal Tubes, Cardboard even Courier costs.
