The CoDEStorm E-Commerce Web Shop & Business Management System is built to ensure quick, simple use by both Customer and Client.
The System can be a Web Shop or a Business Management System or a Content Web Site or, as most of our client?s prefer, all three together in one system - a Fully Integrated E-Commerce Web Shop Business Management System, able to hold and 'sell' product & literature, act as an information centre and be a definitive business system where all company business information and data is stored for the day to day running of any business.
The aesthetics of any web presence is majorly important as the look, feel and navigation of the site will drive sales. However, the functionality is of paramount importance as it is the functionality and reporting that will have a major impact not only on the cost of fulfilment, but the speed with which the fulfilment process happens ensuring a very positive customer experience.
The System is built in such a way as to allow anyone who is even remotely computer literate to create and manage the products, content and reporting. If you can use Microsoft Word, you can add products, content, categories, parents & children, change prices, add marketing codes, add images, videos, links and pull reports ? either on screen, as hard copy print, or download for use in other systems ? all in Real Time.
By ensuring that both the site, online and offline marketing drive customers to the site for all transactions, whether internal or external, whatever the product(s), the shop becomes the main business driver, and because every process is handled within the system automatically, there is very little manual processing making the whole process totally customer driven, easy, time saving and more economical.
The System can hold as many products as required with as many Content Pages as required for News, Events, Education, Training, Information or anything that needs to be relayed to customers, be they internal or external.
And all users, whether internal or external, have a unique login giving specific access to specific functions on the system from front end customer shopping to back end levels ranging from Administrator to customer service operator to dealer/agent to finance and all levels in between.
The Systems run using SSL Encryption Certification and PCI payment processing compliance to ensure total security.
