At Codestorm we are taking our responsibilities to our clients and colleagues seriously with regards to Coronavirus, especially given the UK Government has moved onto the delay phase of their plan to tackle the virus.
We have a robust policy in place which follows the advice from Public Health England, the NHS and UK Government and it will be “business as usual” until we receive advice or instruction from the relevant authorities stating otherwise.
- Account Managers can work remotely and answer general day to day queries.
- From an operational perspective we have set up sanitising stations throughout the warehouse with regular hand cleaning breaks given.
- Face masks are available to any colleague requesting them.
- If the warehouse was to close, we will continue to fulfil orders digitally, but standard pick and pack would be suspended, restarting when the warehouse reopens with operating hours increased to fulfil any backlogs.
During these difficult and uncertain times, we will work closely with all our clients to achieve positive outcomes and will keep in touch.
Despite the chaos caused by Covid19, we continue to help new clients set up and improve the fulfilment of their B2B and B2C orders.
